By purchasing a commission, you agree to the listed terms
- I will not go any further than the rough sketch without payment, will not start sketch commissions without payment- I will not refund after lineart is started- I have the right to refuse a commission for whatever reason- As of right now, commissions fill in 5 slots and will be worked on concurrently with other art I'm working on- Commissions do take priority over personal art, but I do work on personal art at the same time to avoid burnout- I'm very annoying with WIPs and will send WIPs to you at every step (sketch, lineart, flats, shading). Please try and find any problems to fix before I get to shading- Please mention any necessary deadlines at order, you will be charged more for last minute deadlines (+$5-$20)- You will receive the non-watermarked version via sta.sh link (or if you are in my Discord contacts, via Discord as long as the image isn't too big). If you would like the watermarked version too, let me know. Watermarked version is the one that will be posted to social media- Alert me ahead of time if you want the art posted to social media on a specific date, otherwise it will be posted during day hours.- Alert me ahead of time if you do NOT want this posted at all- It can take me from a week to a month or more to finish a piece, if you can't wait that long, find a different artist.- Do not whitewash dark skinned characters you commissioned me to draw, and if they are canonly dark skinned, do not ask me to draw them with lighter skin- You are not to use my art to promote hate speech, bigotry, incest, or pedophilia- I will not draw hate speech, bigotry, incest, or pedophilia. I will search up canon characters to double check. If you trick me into drawing such things, you will be blocked and I will alert my artist friends who do commissions about your actions.- I will not draw "ship art" of real people who aren't actually in a relationship. I also am not comfortable drawing actors as themselves. You can discuss with me if an idea might fall into that category and we can figure something out, but please keep this in mind.- You CANNOT use my art for NFTs. Breaking of this rule will result in a block and the spreading of your actions to my artist friends- You CANNOT use my art to train AI or put it through AI generators.
